The location was convenient there, in the middle of jackson. Plus, it was just off the French quarter, and HK lake.

I recently stayed at Hanoi Elpis Hotel & Spa for two nights. The location was perfect, just a 1-minute walk to Hoan Kiem Lake in Hanoi's old quarter. The staff was amazing, upgrading us to a larger room when they realized we had four people. The hotel is situated on a quiet street, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The proximity to the water puppet show, just 500m away, was very convenient. The room itself was cozy with a comfortable bed and new satin bedding. Simon, the hotel manager, was incredibly helpful and provided great service, even arranging a fantastic Halong Bay trip for us. Highly recommended!

The service at this hotel was absolutely outstanding! Simon and Patrick went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Simon provided excellent local recommendations and even upgraded our room free of charge. the hotel also offered a great breakfast selection with plenty of delicious options. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the lake and other attractions.

The shower head in the bathroom was clogged, which made it a bit inconvenient to use. there was a crack forming in the sink.

The air-conditioned rooms at Hanoi Elpis Hotel & Spa were a life-saver in the sweltering Hanoi heat. I could finally relax and cool down after a long day of sightseeing.

Personally, I found the cable TV in the quadruple room to be a bit lacking in terms of channel selection. But hey, everyone has different preferences, right?

Moreover, the hotel had a good laundry service and allowed guests to leave their luggage while they ventured out for the day.

There were some negative aspects to my stay. Firstly, the bathroom was quite small and the open shower design meant water got all over the floor, which was a bit messy. Additionally, the breakfast was quite basic, especially for vegetarians, and the rooms facing the street were very noisy due to traffic and thin windows. Lastly, during my stay there were construction works inside the hotel and staff standing around in the hallways, making it quite noisy and unpresentable.
